After several years of hard work, WWW today's achievement is inseparable from the efforts of all employees, more inseparable from the support of society and the government. To better fulfill its social responsibility, we established the WWW Commonwealth Fund in 2019 to add bricks to social welfare with its modest efforts.

To promote the development and popularization of Friction Stir Welding technology in China, WWW established the Young Scholars Forum, which aims to provide a technical exchange platform for young talents who research and apply the FSW technology in China and discuss the technology development and industrialization application together.

To enrich the spare time life of employees, the company regularly cares for the life of employees from multiple angles with different themes, increases the cohesion and centripetal force of the team, makes employees healthy and happy, and actively participates in work.
