World Wide Welding (WWW) originated from Wanzhou Welding Co., LTD., founded by Dr. Long Wan in 2015. WWW is always committed to being the advanced welding research and industrialization platform, focusing on friction stir welding and its derived technologies. WWW provides customers with one-stop services in special welding, including intelligent equipment, advanced manufacturing, welding tools, and technical consulting. WWW has become a well-known brand of friction stir welding intelligent equipment all around the world.

WWW has an area of more than 40,000 square meters, with R&D personnel accounting for more than 30%, composed of 3 national high-level talent experts and a large number of master's and high-end doctoral talents. In friction stir welding, WWW has taken the lead in formulating three national group standards and participated in another one.

WWW has established good cooperative relations with domestic and foreign research institutions. By breaking the barrier between research and industrialization, WWW realizes the efficient transformation of industrialization and promotes the rapid development of advanced manufacturing.

January, We successfully realized FSW welding of magnesium alloy battery tray.
April, Huawei has reviewed and adopted the Intelligent Phased Array Ultrasonic Automatic Testing Standard.
July, We successfully developed the Friction Stir Additive Manufacturing Machine, and the provincial engineering technology research center was approved.
July, The battery tray automatic production line of Robotic Friction Stir Welding passed the acceptance of the Mercedes-Benz project team.
August, We successfully developed the electric spindle dynamic Movable Gantry Friction Stir Welding Machine with Automatic Tool Changing Device and Static Shoulder Automatic Cleaning Device.

2021
January, Be awarded the title of “Suzhou Enterprise Engineering and Technology Research Center.”
May, We have released a new generation of H series iFSW.
July, We released the Friction Stir Welding and Milling Center.
August, We supplied the welding and milling of a three-dimensional surface for the controller housing (die casting) of a Rutgers model.
September, We provided a complete welding solution for the battery pack cover (die casting) of a specific model of Benz.
2020
April, We successfully applied the iFSW to BMW's large-size aluminum alloy for new-energy vehicle battery tray.
July, We delivered the first iPAUT in China.
July, Xinhua News Agency Xuexi platform reported our company's new technology of ultra-fast welding.
December, We launched the first time WWW mutual funds.
2019
January, The WWW Research Institute was registered and established.
April, Tackled the Al/Mg FSW difficulties and successfully applied it to the Case of Huawei's first 5G Laptop.
October, Solving the deformation problem of Daimler products, we successfully delivered the iFSW equipment to the Daimler factory In the Czech Republic.
November, We signed a strategic partnership agreement with TWI in the UK.
November, We successfully tested the self-developed Robotic Refill Friction Stir Spot Welding Machine station.
December, We developed the first AI-based automatic Phased-Array Ultrasonic Testing machine (iPAUT).
2018
April, We successfully delivered the first iFSW.
May, The equipment company was established and successfully tackled the Al/Cu FSW difficulties.
July, Be awarded the title of “Kunshan New Research and Development Institutions.”
September, We held the First Young Scholars Forum.
December, The iFSW was formally mass production and applied to the welding of the BYD new-energy vehicle battery tray.
2017
March, Our first intelligent manufacturing factory has started to produce, that is the phase of 5000㎡.
September, We acquired Kunshan Wepro Machinery Co., Ltd., to enter the field of new-energy vehicles.
November, We obtained the National High-Tech Enterprise Certification.
December, We won Excellent team of China Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition.
2016
January, The first group to enter the HIT College Students’ Innovation and Entrepreneurship Park

WWW has established R & D centers in Harbin, Hefei, and Kunshan to meet the customer's needs for quick service. WWW's business focuses on two cores (the Yangtze River Delta Region and Pearl River Delta Region). We have established factories in 4 cities (Harbin, Hefei, Kunshan, and Huizhou). To comply with the global market's demand, WWW is Setting up representatives office around the world, such as in Serbia, Germany, Vietnam, and Mexico.
